Open Positions
Join our team of ANM volunteers at our Afton, VA, office. Our volunteers are an essential part of carrying out our mission to encourage, equip, and advocate for native missionaries who are reaching the unreached where they live.
We ask each volunteer to commit to regular office hours and a minimum of a six-month commitment.
Buildings and Grounds
Help ANM keep our buildings and grounds in top shape through landscaping, lawn services, maintenance, or cleaning.
Skills: Landscaping, snow removal, construction, professional cleaning
Hours: 2–10 hours per week, flexible
Finance
Serve as a part of our finance team through bookkeeping, reconciliation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Skills: Some accounting or bookkeeping experience helpful, QuickBooks proficiency
Hours: 4–8 hours per week, Monday–Wednesday
Information Technology
Provide professional IT services such as cyber-security, database management, reporting, hardware and software updates, and staff training.
Skills: computer hardware and software experience, CRM system management, cyber-security, report writing
Hours: 4–10 hours per week, Tuesday–Wednesday
Audio-Visual
Use your audio-visual skills during ANM events, missionary visits, interviews, and more.
Skills: Photography, Video, Sound
Hours: 2–4 hours per week, Thursdays
Hospitality
Serve ANM guests and staff by providing meals and transportation or hosting guests in your home.
Skills: friendly, cooking, driving
Hours: Flexible
Administrative
Serve alongside the ANM staff through data entry, scheduling, writing notes to donors, production, and other organizational projects.
Skills: computer proficiency, detail-oriented, time management
Hours: 4–10 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Donor Relations
Build relationships with donors through phone calls, events, and one-on-one meetings.
Skills: friendly, people-oriented, clear verbal communication
Hours: 4–8 hours per week, Monday–Wednesday
