March 6th is Employee Appreciation Day and we want to celebrate the incredible staff that God has given us at Advancing Native Missions. God does not need us to do this work, but He has chosen to work through us and bring us together as an international missions organization. U.S. Operations: Donor Care, Development, Communications
Danny McAllister, Director of Donor Care
My current position at Advancing Native Missions is in the U.S. Operations department, where I have the privilege of working with our faithful donors. I get to correspond with them, answer their questions, and be a liaison between them and our missionary partners around the world. I love working at Advancing Native Missions because we are fulfilling God's call to reach every tribe and nation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
George Ainsworth, Relationship Development Officer
My current work at ANM is to represent our organization and the missionaries we serve to individuals and churches – to all who will listen. What I love about ANM and my work is knowing, from long experience, how much every prayer and every dollar means to our frontline partners around the world.
Pete Wong, Relationship Development Officer
As a relationship development officer, I go about gaining friends for the native missionaries in over 100 countries whom we serve, while also helping nurture and develop ANM’s current friends. I enjoy working at ANM particularly because I work with people who are of like passion as mine in helping fulfill the Great Commission, reaching the last ethnic group, family, man, woman, and child before Jesus returns!
Eric Vess, Volunteer Content Contributor
After 12 years working in international and communication departments, I now volunteer and help write blogs. I love volunteering here because it keeps me in contact with my second ministry family, my first being my local church.
Joel Maas, Production Coordinator and Audio-Visual Director
I am both the Production Coordinator as well as the AV Director, meaning I coordinate all of our printed materials and I do audio-visual work for various projects. I love working at ANM because I get to hear from and partner with other Christ-followers around the world and see how God is growing His kingdom.
Dan Widmer, Donor Care Assistant
I have the privilege of writing thank-you notes to our wonderful supporters. I love coming to ANM every day; it’s not work, it’s joyful ministry.
Rebecca Olsen, Content Manager
As the content manager, I brainstorm, write, and edit all the written pieces ANM publishes, in addition to interviewing missionaries and scheduling some mass communications. Working as a writer for a Christian organization was always my dream, and working at Advancing Native Missions is making that dream a reality better than I ever could have imagined. Praise God!

Executive Team
Dale Nimmo, Chief Executive Officer
I lead ANM’s executive and financial operations as CEO, CFO, and General Counsel, stewarding our resources and strategy to best support our mission field partners. I love that my daily work at ANM contributes to a movement reaching unreached people groups with the Gospel. It is a joy to collaborate with native missionary partners, a passionate staff, and ministry supporters who are equally committed to seeing the Great Commission fulfilled.
Oliver Asher, President
As president, I am one of the primary outward-facing advocates for ANM missionaries to American families, churches, and partnering organizations. I love working at ANM because I get to fulfill my purpose every day to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
Amber Parker, Vice President of U.S. Operations
At ANM, I have the privilege of caring for our amazing staff team. I love getting to see how God is working around the world and connecting with believers who encourage, challenge, and deepen my faith.
Lynn Parker, Vice President of Stewardship, Care, and Prayer
I oversee donor care, including processing donations and prayers. There’s a lot of reasons I love working here, from the missionaries to the staff to the donors; I can’t think of anything else I want to be doing.
Krista Darcus, Vice President of International Operations
I support the regional directors so that they can care for the missionary partners. I am also a member of the executive team that provides strategic direction and operational oversight for our mission. Working at ANM allows me to see and participate in what God is doing around the world.
Lauren Walters, Executive Assistant
I help our leadership team with administrative work, making sure they can focus on the bigger picture of leading ANM. I love supporting others with administrative tasks that can be time-consuming and take away from connecting with our greater mission, so they can focus on bigger picture ideas.
International Operations
Renee Lilly, Regional Director for Latin America
I serve as the Regional Director over Latin America, maintaining good communication with the missionaries on the field, managing the disbursement of funds to the missionaries, facilitating advocacy through the communications and church relations departments, praying for and counseling with the missionaries as the need arises, and visiting the missionaries on the field for encouraging and equipping. I love being a part of what God is doing around the world and being able to be a support and encouragement to the heroes of the faith, our missionaries, as they do the sacrificial work on the field in spite of huge obstacles.
Joann Wolfe, Regional Director for Southeast Asia
As the Southeast Asia Regional Director for the Philippines, Laos, Thailand, and Cambodia, I am abundantly blessed to steward our mission for the indigenous missionaries through prayer, advocacy, and strategic relationship building. My role is a humble partnership with the Lord to advance the Great Commission, equipping the local church in these different regions to meet both the spiritual and physical needs of its community.
Dennis Layman, Regional Director for East Asia and International Administrative Assistant
I am the regional director of East Asia and also help to administrate Israel, Africa, and South Asia. I love working with ANM because by working with our ministry partners, together as a partnership, we are impacting the world to make Jesus known in many ways and building the Kingdom together.
Lidice Alanais, International Administrative Assistant
I am an administrative assistant for Latin America, Europe, and South Asia. I love to work at ANM because we are the hands and feet of Jesus in this land and it is a blessing to share the Gospel all over the world and see what God is doing.
Every person here, and those who aren’t represented, are a vital part of Advancing Native Missions. The work they do, the passion they bring, and the prayers they offer make our international Gospel work possible. We are so grateful that God called us and brought us together on this mission.
