As I prepare to celebrate the birth of our beloved Lord and Savior, Jesus, I often find myself reflecting on the true meaning of Christmas. I think about the incredible gifts God has given us—especially that of his only Son, who entered into the pain and tumult of human history to redeem us from fallenness into the unending love and fellowship of his kingdom. In light of God’s generosity towards us, Christians celebrate this season by giving to others in love and kindness and a desire to simply bring Christ’s peace and joy into the world.
Every year, Christians bring this love and generosity to our brothers and sisters in Christ across the globe through the ANM Christmas Catalog. This year, we’re excited to announce that ANM’s entire Christmas Catalog is available online! It’s a simple and secure way for you to make an eternal difference this Christmas.
Bibles are one of our most-given items. When you give a Bible for just $6, children, families, and even whole churches may read a Bible for the first time this Christmas.
Another favorite is goats, which provide sustainable income and food for a family—for only $40!
During this season of giving, please consider giving to transform the lives of those who are most in need, or donating to help bring the true meaning of Christmas—salvation through the blessed gift of Jesus—to those who have never encountered it. We pray that many people will come to share our joy.
“The angel said to them, ‘Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.’ And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,
‘Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased! (Luke 2:10-14)’”
I pray that you will have wonderful Christmas. May God fill your heart with the endless joy of receiving the gift of Jesus. We pray that you’ll share his generosity with your loved ones and God’s many beloved children around the world. Together, may we rejoice in the generosity of the Lord!
