About This Cause

Called by God to reach the unreached people groups of the Lahu and the Shan in Myanmar’s Shan State, the Burmese in Mandalay, and the Kayan in Kaya State, native Burmese missionary John Lian Lung and his wife, Lydia, labor and toil in preaching the gospel to these unreached groups. With great faith in the Jehovah Jireh God who called them, their zeal for their one-and-half-year-old ministry is not abated by scarce resources. Such great faith instead is equaled only by their laser-like focus to move forward with their efforts in church planting, crusade evangelism, orphanage ministry, and a recently opened Bible school with their first three students training for mission work. Myanmar National Outreach is based in Lashio in Northern Myanmar.
